    Hybrid working: We want you to get the best out of your placement, so we operate a hybrid policy where undergraduates work in the office 3 days per week. There may be times where you will need to be in more frequently depending on the needs of the business.

    To apply for our undergraduate placement scheme, you must be studying for an undergraduate degree that requires a placement year. Master's students are not eligible for this placement.

    We're looking for an undergraduate to join our Brand Management team as a Brand Performance & Insight Undergraduate where you will help turn data into meaningful insight that supports the relationship between Volkswagen Group UK and Volkswagen Financial Services. You will gain exposure to reporting, brand strategy, model launch communications, events and cross-functional projects.     What will you be doing?
    • Lead and support Brand Management reporting activity, creating accurate and meaningful insights for the team and wider business.
    • Complete data checks and four-eye reviews to maintain accuracy, integrity and reliability of information.
    • Use tools such as Excel, Tableau, Copilot, SharePoint and BusinessObjects to support analysis and create efficiencies.
    • Present findings to colleagues and senior stakeholders, highlighting key messages that support business decisions.
    • Support strategic topics and cross-functional projects across Brand Strategy and Development.
    • Manage the all-brand event calendar and support planning for key team events.
    • Support internal communication for Volkswagen Group model launches.

    What are we looking for?
    • Currently studying a business, economics, mathematics, data analytics, administration or related analytical degree would be beneficial, but not essential.
    • An analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and communicate insight clearly.
    • Organised, structured and able to prioritise effectively.
    • Responsible and trustworthy, with the ability to handle sensitive business information appropriately.
    • Confident communicating with a range of stakeholders.
    • A proactive, creative approach to improving ways of working.

    What our recruitment process looks like:
    • Apply and upload your CV, covering letter and answer a few application questions.
    • You'll be invited to complete a Situational Judgement Test. This is a short multiple-choice question set to help us understand how you may approach situations.
    • If you pass this stage, you will be invited to complete an online video interview where you will have the opportunity to tell us more about yourself.
    • If successful, your last step in the journey is to attend an in-person Assessment Centre at our Milton Keynes office. You'll also meet some of our managers and our current undergraduates to find out more about a placement year with us.

    Please note: Our undergraduate placement roles do not meet the UKVI's criteria for the skilled worker sponsorship route, therefore we are unable to accept candidates requiring sponsorship for this role.
