About the role
As the HR and Payroll Administrator, you will provide HR and payroll support across the business, managing the end-to-end payroll processes whilst ensuring compliance with UK legislation.
We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering a high-quality payroll service.
Responsibilities
- Process weekly payroll accurately within tight deadlines
- Prepare and issue payroll related employee documentation
- Process starters, leavers and contractual changes
- Act as first point of contact for all HR and payroll queries
- Maintain and update HR and payroll systems with accurate employee data
- Pension administration
- Collate and post payroll journals into the accounting system
- Produce HR Letters
- Assist with the updating of policies/procedures and company handbook
About you
- Payroll processing experience is essential
- SAGE payroll experience is desirable
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-site environment
- Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
- Proactive, flexible and solutions-focused approach
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
