Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Construction

Salary: £25,000 - £40,000 OTE

Type: Full-time, permanent

About the role

We're looking for a graduate to join our team as a Recruitment Consultant, working within the construction sector. You'll be trained from the ground up - no prior recruitment or construction experience needed, just drive, resilience and a genuine interest in people and business.

This is a 360 recruitment role. You'll build your own client base, source and place candidates, and manage the full process from first call to placement.

What you'll be doing

• Building relationships with construction companies to understand their hiring needs
• Sourcing and screening candidates across trades, site management, and technical roles
• Managing the recruitment process end-to-end - interviews, offers, feedback
• Developing new business through calls, meetings and networking
• Hitting targets tied to placements and revenue
• Keeping accurate records on our CRM

What we're looking for

• A degree (any subject) or equivalent experience
• Strong communication skills - you'll be on the phone a lot
• Competitive, target-driven and comfortable with a fast pace
• Resilience - recruitment has highs and lows, and we need people who bounce back
• Genuine curiosity about business and what makes people tick
• No construction background required - we'll teach you the industry
