Hyatt Regency London Stratford and Hyatt House London Stratford are located in the vibrant Stratford area of East London within Westfield Stratford City, one of Europe's largest urban shopping and entertainment destinations.

Together, the hotels offer 350 contemporary guestrooms and suites along with 14 versatile meeting and event spaces. The property welcomes a diverse mix of business and leisure travellers and is within walking distance of Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and the London Stadium.

Corporate Management Training Programme at Hyatt

Hyatt's Corporate Management Training (CMT) Programme is a comprehensive hotel management programme designed to equip you with the skills, knowledge and real-world experience needed to excel as a future hotel leader.

As a CMT, you'll develop your management capabilities, gain deep exposure in your area of specialisation , get insights into other hotel departments, and make meaningful contributions to your hotel's success.

At Hyatt Hotels London Stratford, you will specialise in Food & Beverage, gaining experience across the hotel's Food & Beverage operation throughout the programme.

What You'll Experience: Programme Highlights

Our 12-month programme includes:
• Technical Skills Module: Develop a strong foundation in key technical skills and operational procedures across the Food & Beverage operation.
• Management Module: Step into managerial responsibilities, gaining practical experience in leading teams, managing resources and driving performance.
• Rotation Module: Gain a holistic understanding of hotel operations through exposure to other key departments outside your area of specialisation .
• Leadership Development: Participate in team-leading tasks, management projects and various leadership programmes .
• Mentorship & Coaching: Work closely with assigned programme managers and mentors to guide your development.
• Customised Training Plan: You will receive a personalised training plan tailored to your individual career objectives and developmental needs.

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking highly motivated individuals who possess the following:

• Exceptional Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with guests, colleagues and management.
• Relevant Experience: Previous internship or work experience in hospitality or a related field is highly preferred. Studies in hospitality, hotel management, tourism or a related discipline would be beneficial, but are not essential.

• Programme length: 12 months
• Programme structure: 10 months specialising in Food & Beverage, followed by 2 months of exposure across other key hotel departments.
• Start date: November 2026
