We are excited to announce an opportunity for an Apprenticeship Progress Coach - Construction Apprenticeships.
In this vital role, you will provide high-quality additional learning support, pastoral coaching, and progress monitoring for apprentices, guiding them to successfully complete their program from induction to End-Point Assessment (EPA) and Apprenticeship Assessment.
As the Apprentice Progress Coach for Construction Apprenticeships, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all apprentices, including those with additional learning needs, achieve sustained progress. You will empower them to develop the essential knowledge, skills, and behaviors (KSBs) they need, while fully preparing them for their next steps in employment or further training.
