We are supporting a leading private equity firm in their search for an EA to join their Investor Relations team on a 12-14 month fixed-term contract. Supporting senior stakeholders across both London and Asia, this role offers a blend of executive support, international coordination and stakeholder management within a fast-paced but highly supportive environment. You will join an established team of Executive Assistants who work closely together, providing seamless support across the business while building strong relationships with colleagues, investors and external stakeholders.
The Role
This is a busy and varied Executive Assistant position supporting multiple stakeholders across London and Asia. A key aspect of the role is acting as a central point of coordination between international teams, ensuring stakeholders remain connected and well-supported while managing a range of day-to-day priorities. Key Responsibilities include:
- Complex diary and calendar management across multiple time zones
- Coordinating international travel and logistics
- Supporting client meetings, roadshows and investor engagement activity
- Acting as a key link between London and Asia-based teams
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Managing CRM systems and maintaining accurate contact records
- Processing expenses, invoices and wider team administration
- Supporting client events and hospitality activities
- Working closely with the wider EA team to provide seamless support and coverage

- Up to £65,000 plus pro-rata bonus
- Hybrid working (2-3 days from home according to business needs)

About You
This role will suit an experienced Executive Assistant who enjoys working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and building strong relationships across a global business.
- 3-10 years' Executive Assistant experience
- Experience supporting senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Strong diary and international travel management skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities
- High emotional intelligence and commercial awareness
- Proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused
- Confident managing multiple priorities independently
- Strong communication and organisational skills
Experience within Private Equity, Investor Relations, Financial Services or a similar professional environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
