You handle problems with wrongly delivered items, questions about a Bluetooth function on a phone or complaints about a product. You support customers via mail, chat and phone and help them in the best way you can. You don’t have to know everything already, there is a full time training from 2 to 4 weeks in which you will learn everything about the products and therefore can provide the best service!
Not that technical but nevertheless very friendly and customer oriented? We do have other projects as well so don't bother to ask about them!
