Regional HR Business Partner (People & Culture)


Reporting to the Head of People and Culture (P&C) for UK Retail, you will drive the people KPI’s, measures through insight-led decision making and aligning the P&C plans with business objectives.
As a Regional HR Business Partner based in the Midlands you will be a strong operational leader who fully understand the importance of delivering success through people. You will be the link for all HR activities and oversee the execution of HR solutions. Focusing on succession planning and driving the people agenda through the identification of talent and managing the talent pipeline.
Partnering with the Regional Controllers you will provide leadership on all P&C matters and act as an enabler for your P&C colleagues.
You will help to implement Primark’s long term strategic plan, with particular focus on supporting local issues and sharing best practice. You will influence and drive the People & Culture strategy and objectives through coaching, supporting and challenging the retail teams.
