We are seeking a proactive and organised Work ExperienceOfficer to support students in securing meaningful work experience and industryplacements, primarily within the Construction curriculum area.

The successful candidate will work closely with learners,employers, and curriculum teams to coordinate placements, ensure alldocumentation and compliance requirements are met, and undertake employervisits, including health and safety assessments.

The role involves developing and maintaining strongrelationships with construction employers, sourcing new placementopportunities, supporting industry placements, conducting reviews and acting asa key point of contact for all work experience enquiries.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records onthe College CRM system and providing high-quality guidance and support tostudents throughout their placement journey.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working withyoung people aged 16-18, excellent communication and organisational skills,confidence in using Microsoft 365 applications, and the ability to buildeffective partnerships with employers and external stakeholders.
