Job summaryThe post holder will be expected to liaise appropriately with all key members of the multidisplinary team and service users related to the speciality.
To Take the lead on delegated responsibilities as defined by the Senior Sister/charge Nurse.
To act up in the absence of the Charge Nurse/Senior sister and monitor safety and quality of care.
To act as a role model promoting excellence through practice
Main duties of the job

To ensure accurate and comprehensive nursing records are maintained using appropriate written and electronic documentation.
