Supporting the GSSM, Store Managers and Store Directors to improve the Shrink & Security performance by delivering the Central Shrink and Security plan to move my stores(s) accrual towards budget.

You will be responsible for

- Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence
- Developing and leading a high performing team, giving them the opportunities to be their best
- Supporting the GSSM, Store Managers and Store Directors with a robust Shrink and Security plan
- Having a detailed knowledge of Shrink and Security risks for my store(s)
- Engaging and coaching store teams to understand the potential risks and the appropriate controls for their areas    
- Using data to identify issues and create plans to engage with my store teams to deliver improvements to Shrink and Security
- Ensuring we have the best Guards in my stores through the Great Guarding principles
- I own the incident reporting process for my store(s)
- Reviewing stock control routines that support the delivery of accurate Modern Stocktakes and realise Shrink before
  MST as well as reviewing the accurate recording of waste
- Engaging my stores to ensure we have a robust clearance process in place
- Contribute to my team by taking the initiative to support team activities
- I link in with other stores, shopping centre security, clubs and pubs to ensure we collectively tackle crime within our community

Experience relevant for this job:
