Tax
The tax landscape is constantly changing. Your knowledge will help high-profile organisations, entrepreneurs and family businesses understand complex rules and make informed decisions with significant impacts. You’ll also help governments ensure the efficient operation of tax systems and use your insight to solve long-term problems.
By joining Tax you’ll also be involved with our innovative One Tax Rotation programme. This gives you the opportunity to work outside your core tax competency for up to six months, learn from different clients and develop your transferable skills.
People in Deals
The People in Deals team delivers end-to-end HR and pensions services to help our clients achieve success from their deals and create value through M&A, disposals and restructuring - both in the UK and internationally across all sectors. We support companies to deliver people strategies, synergies and improvements throughout the deal lifecycle. Our work covers a variety of areas such as pensions and HR due diligence, workforce planning and transition, organisational design, engagement and culture, HR service delivery and employee relations. Projects are both legally and operationally complex, varied, and very fast-paced.
What you’ll gain
