Role: Conveyancing Paralegal

Location: London

Salary: up to £35k

Working Pattern: Full-time, office-based

A well-established and highly regarded law firm is looking to recruit a Conveyancing Paralegal to join its Residential Property team.

The firm has a strong reputation for providing a high-quality, personal service to its clients and is seeking an organised and motivated individual with previous residential conveyancing experience to join its growing team.

The Role

Working closely with experienced fee earners, you will provide support across a varied residential property caseload and play an important role in ensuring matters progress efficiently from instruction through to completion.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with residential property sales and purchases.
• Supporting fee earners throughout the conveyancing process.
• Preparing and reviewing legal documentation.
• Carrying out property searches and dealing with enquiries.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, solicitors and other third parties.
• Assisting with exchange and completion.
• Obtaining and reviewing property information and documentation.
• Maintaining accurate case management records.
• Ensuring matters are progressed within required timescales.
• Providing general administrative and legal support to the wider team.

About You

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• Previous experience within residential conveyancing.
• A good understanding of the conveyancing process from instruction through to completion.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to manage a busy caseload and prioritise effectively.
• A professional and client-focused approach.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
