What are you going to do:

HOME-BASED TELEPHONE MARKET RESEARCH INTERVIEWER

Location: Home-based UK
Contract: Casual, variable-hours

WHO ARE WE?

Field Locker conducts telephone interviews with businesses and the public about services, transport and social or political topics.

This is market research, not telesales. You will follow on-screen questionnaires, read questions accurately, record answers correctly and remain professional and engaging.

WHEN CAN I WORK?

Choose one team and provide your availability each week:

Consumer team
• 1pm–9pm
• 5pm–9pm
• Saturday 10am–2pm

Daytime team
• 9am–5pm

Availability can vary weekly. Shifts depend on your availability and our project requirements, so work is not guaranteed every week.

PAY

Basic pay + 12.07% holiday pay:
• 21+: £12.71 + £1.53 = £14.24
• 18–20: £10.85 + £1.31 = £12.16
• 16–17: £8.00 + £0.97 = £8.97

An additional quality and performance bonus may be available.

WHAT DOES IT TAKE?

No experience is required. You need to speak professionally, build rapport, read scripted questions accurately, listen carefully, type confidently, work independently and handle information confidentially.

WHAT DO I NEED BEFORE APPLYING?

• Windows laptop or PC with a minimum 13-inch screen and physical keyboard. MacBooks, Chromebooks and tablets are not compatible.
• Webcam for training, briefings and coaching.
• Headset with built-in microphone.
• Stable broadband with at least 12 Mbps download speed.
• A quiet, private workspace where calls cannot be overheard.
