Role Title: IT Ops Model Analyst

Location: London

Duration: Until 31/12/2026

Days on site: 2-3 days onsite/week

Pay Rate: £447 per day all inc. (PAYE through Umbrella)

Role Description:

Key Skillset

• Strong insurance operating-model and domain knowledge across policy, billing, claims, distribution and/or customer/partner operations
• Experience assessing business/IT roles, capability ownership, organizational handoffs and service/support responsibilities within an insurer
• Understanding of insurance technology ecosystems, including core platforms, digital capabilities, data/integration services and surrounding operational processes
• Experience translating technology transformation into future-state operating model, governance, roles and organizational implications

Role Definition

• Bring an insurance operating-model perspective to Inception planning, identifying how Sirius capabilities may interact with existing business, technology and operational functions
• Help develop discovery topics around capability ownership, roles, handoffs and support across insurance operations, IT and regional teams
• Challenge Inception materials to ensure they explore the operational implications and dependencies of introducing globally reusable capabilities into existing insurance environments
