We are looking for confident, positive people on a part time basis to join our small but busy contact team at Northumbria Helicopters, based at Newcastle International Airport. This is a short walk from Callerton Parkway Metro Station. The role involves assisting customers who are interested in booking into one of our various events such a helicopter pleasure flights, flying lessons, clay pigeon shooting and spa breaks both over the phone and email.
Your typical working day will consist of being up to date with incoming emails from customers interested in making a booking or amending a booking either directly with ourselves or using a discounted voucher. This will be similar over the phone so you should be confident multi-tasking and replying to a high volume of customer queries.
You would also be involved in ensuring event days are fully optimised to run efficiently which includes making upgrades and selling extra tickets in advance as well as assisting our event team leaders by ensuring their kits are fully stocked and prepared before the weekend.
