You will be working alongside many other students as a waiter/waitress within roles of food or beverage. There are also spaces for team leaders if you have the skill! You will have the opportunity to explore various venues around London and work with many many different clients from sit down corporate dinners to standing wedding receptions!
Food Staff will be expected to serve within teams: canapes, sit-down dinners and food stations. Key skills will be to memorise the dishes, have a good understanding of dietaries and be able to take initiative. Other Skills: Boxing tables, ruching, carrying three plates when serving & clearing 5+ plates.
Drinks staff will be expected to greet guests with welcome trays of drinks, top up guests throughout receptions and dinners, and clear any relevant glassware or crockery.
There are many more roles within the-recipe to explore, come find what suits you best! Ideally we will build a regular relationship to train individuals to team leader standards.
