The Tutor Trust are now recruiting! We are looking for bright, enthusiastic and well-motivated people to do paid work as Maths and English tutors in Manchester primary and secondary schools. You will be paid for your work (£12 minimum). Our tuition is delivered either on a 1:1 basis or in small groups. The maximum size for a group is 3 students. Tutors choose when they work and will typically work during school hours.
If your application is successful, we will provide you with 2.5 days of free training in either Secondary English, Maths, Science or Primary tuition. You will then be able to tutor in schools across Manchester helping children from disadvantaged backgrounds. The Tutor Trust will organise the tuition sessions - you just need to deliver the sessions to help your pupils build confidence and make progress in school.
