Analyst (Associate Development Programme)

Join Heidrick & Struggles' Associate Development (graduate) or Summer Internship Programmes. You will have the opportunity to work with some of the most influential leaders across a variety of industries and in every major international market.

37 - 40 hours per week
£30,000 Per Year

What are you going to do:

Some of the typical day-to-day tasks include:

  • Executing and directing research strategy
  • Identifying candidates; conducting external sourcing of industry leaders and internal sourcing of search teams
  • Interviewing candidates and siting in on consultant face-to-face interviews
  • Working with our culture shaping teams or Heidrick Consulting on other corporate services we offer
