Gleeson Homes are recruiting for a Trainee Sales Executive to join our growing Sales team within our East Yorkshire region on an 18-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to build a successful career in sales while gaining a nationally recognised qualification.

Whether you're starting your career, changing direction, or looking for a new challenge, we'll provide the training, support and experience needed to succeed in new homes sales.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Trainee Sales Executive, you'll learn how to:

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the home-buying journey.
• Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Identify and follow up sales opportunities across multiple channels.
• Support the promotion and sale of Gleeson Homes developments.
• Work closely with Sales and Construction teams to achieve site and regional sales targets.
• Develop the skills and confidence needed to progress into a Sales Executive role.

Training & Development

You'll complete a nationally recognised Level 4 Sales Executive Apprenticeship alongside practical, hands-on experience within the business.

Programme Details

• 18-month fixed-term contract
• Level 4 Sales Executive Apprenticeship
• Structured training and mentoring from experienced Sales professionals
• End Point Assessment included within the programme

Salary Progression

• Competitive starting salary
• Year 2 salary: £25,600
• Progression to Sales Executive (£27,000+) upon successful completion of the programme and achievement of required competencies
