Graphic Designer - Internship in Liverpool

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic and out-going candidate to join our team as an intern to gain valuable experience, show a strong desire to learn and demonstrate a professional and motivated attitude. Potential candidates must be confident at understanding briefs; with the ability to deconstruct the objective and produce excellent visuals.

What are you going to do:

To be considered for this role your CV and portfolio must have evidence of strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign as well as Microsoft Office. Plain and simple CV's will not be considered. Use this opportunity to demonstrate your layout and typographic skills and personality.

Candidates must:

  • Have confident knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/Indesign and Microsoft office.
  • Excellent creative skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Have the ability to adapt to our house style and maintain brand guidelines
  • Have experience producing artwork for both web and print
  • Demonstrate good time keeping and a willingness to learn and improve
  • Have the ability to produce work to tight deadlines
  • Show examples of previous work that relates to that on our websites
  • Must have a Graphic Design background
  • Experience with blogging and social media
  • Must be a second year university student or above
  • Able to work 2-3 days a week

We are a small team with plenty of opportunities for an intern to get involved in work for international clients and bring their own ideas to projects. We have a diverse portfolio of clients ensuring that every day is different and interesting. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to be involved in the latest jewellery company 'Dollar Shake Boutique', closely working with our team to produce:

  • Trend boards
  • Product designs
  • Social media content
  • Website design
  • Excellent customer service at Pop-Up shops and events

We are a fast paced studio, with a friendly team based in the heart of Liverpool's business district. We are looking for candidates that can seamlessly integrate with the team with a view to making permanent additions for impressive creative people. Furthermore, the use of an Apple Macbook is preferred.

A background in fashion would be a bonus.
