Customer Support & Product Tester in Westminster

The successful applicant will be involved with qualifying the product's quality by testing the IoT system according to test guidelines laid down. They will be the first line support for customers, helping them to get their device operation and working through any issues.

What are you going to do

The product offering is made up of App, hardware and back end IoT server. The post will involve setting and later defining test protocols to follow to ensure the last product release is fit to go to customers.

It will also involve answer customer queries and calls to make sure that their experience of their product is as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

  • At least finished college A levels

  • Certain level of technical knowledge although training will be given
