Located by Heathrow Terminal 4 with direct access to the Airport and just a 30 minute train ride to central London, the Hilton Heathrow Airport is an award winning hotel. Awarded for the second year in a row, Worlds Leading Airport Hotel 2018 and in 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018 Europe's Leading Airport Hotel.

The hotel boasts 393 bedrooms, 5 suites, 2 Restaurants, Bar and Executive Lounge, Fitness centre, indoor pool, sauna and steam room and 15 meeting rooms.  

A Front Office Administrator is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences whilst driving optimal up – sell and on- sell performance. To ensure that all guests needs are met.

What will I be doing?

As a Front Office Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe, secure and stimulating environment is provided for team members, guests and contractors at all times. A Front Office Administrator will also be responsible that team members are maximizing loyalty program enrolments and delivering the benefits consistently to existing program members.

Specifically, a Front Office Administrator will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Ensure a safe, secure and stimulating environment is provided for team members, guests and contractors at all times.
  • Drive revenue for the hotel including maximizing room service revenue & efficiently through NOR1
  • To ensure correct call management is observed through the team in the front office
  • Ensure that all prescribed and designed process, systems and standards are maintained.
  • To handle and resolve and where not possible promote follow up for any guest complaints or problems reported through your HOD or AOM
  • Build an excellent relationships and rapport with all guests.
  • Build an excellent relationships and rapport with all departments as the main link for front of house
  • To ensure that all reservation queries are handled for the Front Office team as and on request.
  • Provide team with the clear purpose they require and support with relevant learning experiences and constant feedback on individual and team performance.
  • Carry out shift briefing to the team ensuring that follow up is made to all none resolved tasks.
  • Liaise with the housekeeping department to monitor bedroom discrepancies to clear and resolve

  • Previous Customer Service experience, Hotel background preferred
  • Experience of supervisory skills– ability to supervisor, manage, motivate
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong eye for detail
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Good Time Management skills
  • Sense of ownership
  • Strong organizational skills – including the ability to work on own initiative in a structured way, to priorities a wide range of activities and use available resources to ensure tasks are completed to deadline

It wouldbe advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the followingcapabilities and distinctions:
  • Previous administrative experience in a fast paced environment
