Front of House Team Member in London, England

Job description

As part of the Front of House Team you will be one of the faces and voices of Red Bull UK and therefore an integral part of the company. Working closely as a team of 2, you will alternate shifts to ensure the desk is covered between the hours of 8am – 6pm.

  • Customer service

    Manning the front desk, greeting guests and ensuring they have a memorable on-brand experience

    Answer all calls received and directing internally where applicable

    Managing the UK consumer queries email account and ensure all consumers receive a timely response

    Managing all incoming and outgoing postal/parcel deliveries including storage and distribution

    Ensuring that the reception and ground floor areas are clean, safe and tidy and utilising the office runner and contract cleaners to correct any issues as soon as they arise

    Employee and guest management for our tenant company based on the 3rd floor

     

  • Administration

    Issuing of access control cards to visitors and recording and collecting on departure

    Ensuring office products (stationery) are ordered and replenished throughout the office

    Arranging couriers on request and overseeing and recording their dispatch

    Monitoring/Amending orders for employee catering supplies

    Sorting incoming postal deliveries into departments pigeon holes and franking outgoing post

    Daily handover with Security both PM and AM

    Assisting all contractors with signing in, key issuing and access control cards

    Reconciling invoices using cost centres for office products, catering etc

    Involved with arranging and overseeing internal and external meeting room/event space bookings

     

  • Health and Safety

    Working with the Facilities Manager to ensure health & safety is maintained on site

     

  • Internal communications

    Issuing internal Company communications/announcements 

     

  • Event administration and support

    Organising internal meeting and event catering, company social activities (e.g., Christmas, Easter)

    The active management of the communal ground floor spaces including re setting after events in conjunction with the office runner

Your experience includes:
