What are you going to do:
The Brand Ambassador is going to be the face of NAOS, premium brands - Institut Esthederm and Bioderma.
As a Brand Ambassador, you will be in charge of promoting Institut, Esthederm and Bioderma in around 20-30 pharmacies (John Bell & Croyden, Lloyds Pharmacy and Independent Pharmacies - London and Outer Area).
The candidate will benefit from the internship experience by working with skilled professionals and in a fast growing and busy, beauty and cosmetics environment.
- Increase sales and awareness for Institut Esthederm and Bioderma within each pharmacy by offering skin care advice to customers;
- Achieve sells goals whiles deliver the highest level of customer service;
- Build and ensure the Company constant visibility by setting up perfect merchandising, using briefs and planograms and checking the proper use of displays and tools;
- Develop client base and Provide Daily, Weekly and Monthly feedback from the field via sales reports and pictures;
- Provide in-stores Facials and Skin Diagnosis;
- Train staff on Institut Esthederm products;
- Present and sell products in a professional manner through promoting IE & Bioderma products;
- Follow weekly stores visits provided by the Line Manager;
- Assist on planning seasonal strategies, including store events, promotions etc.;
- Attend Meetings/Phone Calls/Skype Calls with Managers and reporting to the Line Manager.
