Store Development Responsible in London

•       Gathering knowledge of the local retail landscape and customer profile

•         Providing suggestions on bespoke customer offer, concept placement and interior layout for both new and existing stores

•         Liaising with the global Store planning team in effort to create brand-building designs and great shopping experience

•         Supporting country expansion by managing projects from design to the launch stage;

•         Analysing performance and providing layout support post launch/refit

•         Supporting expansion of new brands and test projects

Successful candidates will have a keen interest in ever-changing customer demands and retail trends, and an ambition to influence design of our physical stores to create inspirational spaces where our customers engage with our brands and our offer;

Do you have:

•         Strong retail management experience combined with ability to provide analysis-based commercial recommendations

•         Solid experience of creating and implementing layout/design suggestions

•         Excellent communication skills with proven track record of being able to influence group projects and pitch own ideas across all areas of the business

•         Strong organisational skills combined with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

•         Good IT knowledge

•         Experience with CAD – layout design programme and     2 years’ experience in a similar role
