Euro Soccer Company are a family run business who specialise in supplies to grassroots football teams providing clubs with discount prices on training equipment, team kits and clothing. Based in Borrowash, Derby we have a strong customer base not only locally, but nationally through online sales. The role we are looking to fill will predominantly involve customising football teamwear through using a heat transfer press. However, various other tasks are likely to be undertaken.
We're looking to recruit an additional member of the team to help us manage with the increased workload during our peak time of the year.
The Job
The role we are looking to fill will predominantly involve customisation of product (printing of team crests, numbers and sponsor logos) by using a heat press transfer printer. For example, transferring on a team set of numbers to a bundle of football jerseys.
Other ad-hoc tasks may be asked of, such as packaging orders, accepting deliveries and serving customers.
An interest in sports will be beneficial as this will aid the understanding of product knowledge and order methodology.
The candidate
Due to the sheer volume of orders during our busy time, it is essential that the applicant not only possesses good organisational skills, but a determination to complete jobs professionally and efficiently.
The ideal candidate will be flexible, willing to take on a challenge and have a desire to help.
Job role duration
Although ideally we would like the candidate to work from June to September, we are flexible with many different situations so are willing to work with the individual.
Job hours
Approx 10am - 4.30pm
Due to the nature of our work, there are no set days as this is verbally agreed depending on work load in the previous week. However we would usually provide the candidate with a minimum of two shifts a week with the option of up to five days during busy periods. From previous years, the role tends to average 18-20 hours a week.

Job pay
Initially the role would be national minimum wage, but there would be opportunities to increase with a good attitude.
