Fourth generation Florentine jeweller Carolina Bucci is renowned for her use of age old craft alongside a modern aesthetic. See signature Florentine finish is applied by hand in their Florence where the atelier still resides, a stones thrown from the Ponte Vecchico. Based in Londons Knightsbridge, her brand new flagship store and head office are a hub of creativity and offer a fast paced, vibrant environment for new talent. With a rapidly growing ecommerce platform we are looking to grow out graphic design and ecommerce team.
What are you going to do:
This is the ideal role for someone starting out in their career and looking to learn and grown within a company.
You will assist with all areas of ecommerce and digital marketing, helping the Operations Director to deliver digital development and maintain an excellent platform for our customers.
Proficentcy in Photoshop and Indesign are essential.
Well written english essential.
An overview of the role is as follows:
- SEO optimisation.
- Image filing and organisation.
- Uploading product and copy, with excellent attention to detail and consistency.
- Creative content for digital marketing projects.
- Collating feedback data and analytics to inform marketing developments. Knowledge of Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Facebook Market place and Google Merchant Centre will be of huge advantage.
- Write copy for website pages and other marketing materials.
- Maintaining a digital marketing calendar.
- Providing ongoing analysis and forecasting support to the management team in order to achieve the department objectives.
- Offer support to other teams; Wholesale and PR. An opportunity to broaden your skillset and function as a key part of a successful team. Training, where required, will be provided.
Required education:
- Bachelor's Degree

Desired Skills and Experience
- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop and InDesign essential. Animation, video and graphics skill an advantage but not essential.
- Previous experience in the luxury industry, working with jewellery, fashion or accessories beneficial.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Ecommerce and email marketing platforms essential.
- Basic HTML knowledge useful but not essential
- Resourceful and solution oriented, ensuring that issues are tackled in a timely manner.
- Copy writing experience useful but not essential.
