What are you going to do:
Tealive is a 300 store strong company and we are recruiting for our store in Mosley Street, Manchester!
We are looking for amazing team members to join us on our journey. Our mission is to be the best bubble tea provider in the world. We do this through our higher quality drinks, values and customer service. Come join us! This position will require a flexible schedule especially on the weekends as that's when we're busiest. The more available and flexible you can be, the better!
In the application form, please go into detail letting us know what times you are usually available each day of the week for work. Our earliest shifts start at 9am and our latest shifts end at 11pm, depending on store location and day. Availability to work one or two shifts over the weekend (Fri,Sat,Sun) is mandatory. We love long-term team members who have a natural passion for hospitality and the company, and there's plenty of opportunity for progression in the future. Previous experience as a barista, bartender or in food and retail environments can be useful but is not necessary.

- Being able to speak Mandarin is a plus!
Perform accurate stock count
- Participate in staff meetings or training where applicable
- Maintain a positive mindset and teamwork spirit to achieve outlet goals.
- Always take the extra mile to engage with customers
- Fulfil any duties from their seniors or superiors assigns in a professional manner.
- Always take the initiative to provide/implement good ideas to improve outlet customer service, product quality and sales.
- Comply to the highest food grade safety standards
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times and carry out cleaning duties as required
- Fluency in a second language is a big advantage!
- Be punctual and support your team mates!
