What are you going to do:
The successful candidate will be responsible for observing and guiding early learner and new students during class, helping set up and clear away the classroom, accurately marking and recording students’ work and completing reports. They will also ensure students work effectively, supervise students and assist in maintaining discipline.
The candidate will need to maintain good working relationships with parents and students eg take/give messages and help prepare students’ work. They will update the student attendance register and attend training and meetings as required in order to carry out all reasonable duties as and when requested by the Instructor.
An enhanced DBS check would be required before the successful candidate could start work along with proof of identity and right to work in the UK.

- The 3 days would need to be either Monday, Tuesday and Thursday or Monday, Wednesday and Friday. This could be increased to 4/5 days for the right candidate. There is also the possibility of promotion to Senior Assistant following appropriate training.
- Standard hours would be 3:30pm - 7pm each of these days. (Applications will be considered from those able to do slightly shortened hours e.g 4-7pm to allow travel to the centre.)
