- Who are abundantly qualified to tutor Russian with tutoring experience in one-on-one settings
- With experience designing their own curricula and/or supporting a student’s existing curriculum
- Who are honest and patient
- Who are comfortable tutoring online
- Who are confident about the quality of their services
