Roles and Responsibilities of the post:

Each programme across The USA is different but regardless of location or final programme placement, every Coach will be expected to:

• To Prepare, Plan and Deliver a high level of Soccer Coaching Session at all times. 
• To Deliver Age Appropriate Training Sessions within the context of the UKIS Coaching Curriculum. 
• To Act as a Company Ambassador within all local communities and family housing.
• To Provide suitable support for coaches and clubs including coach support, guidance, session plans and access to further coaching sessions. 
• To carry out the duties of a UKIS Coach with professionalism and integrity showing respect to all UKIS Colleagues, Management and Customers.

Extra information

Please note that the costs invovled in getting to The USA include Flights, Visa and Insurance which can come to anywhere betweem £1000 - £1500 for each applicant.  Once in The USA staff will make their money back quickly as they have very little expenses: accommodation, travel and gas around The USA and wages are all provided by the company.  Wages start at $15 per hour and increase with Coaching qualification.
