The Plastic Surgery Outpatient Department have an vacant post as 9 month fixed term/ secondment position to cover maternity leave starting from October 2020.

Now is the time to join our team to develop multi skilled competencies in nurse led plastic dressing clinics, minor ops scrub skills (in routine and plastic trauma cases) and supporting our consultant led clinics.
The post requires a dynamic individual who is motivated, reliable and flexible to support the existing service currently provided by our Plastic Surgery teams ensuring we deliver the highest standards of clinical effective, evidence-based and individualised care.
The work is stimulating, varied and challenging, and the ideal candidate should be a team focused member of staff who enjoys providing excellent patient care and has a passionate approach to their work. You must have excellent communication skills, sound customer care knowledge and an empathetic and calming approach.
Ideally the suitable candidate will have plastic reconstruction and/or surgical nursing experience however full department orientation and training will be given.
