Infrastructure Technician Job Function: Operational involvement in the processing of outbound Storage Solutions, Networking equipment, Industry Standard Servers, HP RX & PA Servers, and Alpha Legacy servers Provides technical support to inbound data sanitisation and test processes Determines processing requirements for both inbound and outbound products based on established guidelines and processes Ensures operational efficiency within the business processes whilst maintaining the highest level of Quality Responsibilities and Duties: Execute both manual and automated test processes for customer hardware orders Ensure that order processing meets or exceeds business agreed performance levels Accurately maintain processing records Contribu
