Educator - (Tutor) - Remote Work

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about education, young people and Black British history to join our dynamic team. These Educators will teach and inspire the next generation through the provision of resources and lessons. This flexible role will allow to gain practical teaching experience in a solutions based organisation and make an impact in reforming the UK’s educational system

What are you going to do:

The aim of this role is to provide young people with Black British history through confident, artistic and inspiring teaching. The role is pivotal for the delivery of TBC resources in educational establishments and for the support of schools to build a curriculum that is inclusive and embeds Black history. The role will also assist a growing organisation to make an impact in institutionalising and normalising the teaching of Black British history in the UK.

The role will include teaching regular quality workshops, and programmes in schools and organisations. The core principle of the educator position is to exemplify active curiosity around topics of Black British history in an engaging manner with students and participants.
