We seek to employ an Office Administration Assistant to join our school team with effect from September 2021. This role will involve assisting the Admin Officer and ensuring a smooth running of the school office. The successful candidate will also assist with routine admin duties for both the school office, Headteacher and SLT when required.
Applicants must have evidence of a high standard of literacy and numeracy (i.e. GCSE English and Maths Grade C/4 or above).
Hours are 11 per week. 8.00 am – 12 noon on Monday, and 8.30 am to 12 noon on two other mornings to be mutually agreed. Term time only plus staff development days/twilight hours. Further details are available to view on the attached job description.
Salary is Kent Range 3 (currently £18,039.00 per annum - full-time equivalent equates to £15,515.00 per annum actual salary).

Information about the school
Elham Church of England Primary School is a small, friendly school situated in the beautiful Elham Valley, nestled between the villages of Lyminge and Barham. We have wonderful enthusiastic, hardworking and high achieving children who are a real pleasure to teach.
At present the school has 133 children taught in 6 classes. Staff are friendly and welcoming and work as part of a close-knit, effective team...one happy family!
