We are looking for someone to join us in our modern offices at Cams hall estate, Fareham joining our established Construction & Infrastructure team.

Permanent recruitment, operating within one of a number of industries including; Construction and Technical engineering.

As a Recruitment Consultant you will b take on a 360 degree recruitment role, managing both candidates and clients.

No two days are the same in recruitment, but you can expect to be;

-Sourcing for candidates via our databases, referrals, online adverts and social media
-Continuing to develop your business by contacting new clients and introducing our services
-Meeting with clients to build/maintain a relationship
-Placing candidates in their dream jobs and making money!

As well as managing your portfolio of vacancies on a day-to-day basis, you will also have the opportunity to think strategically about how to develop your presence in your given markets.

The Successful Applicant

The Recruitment Consultant will:

What's on Offer

A basic salary of £16,000 - £20,000 Depending on experience.
Regular salary reviews
Comprehensive training

Individual and team based bonus'

Realistic OTE with our very good commission package;

1st year - £30,000+
2nd year - £40,000+
3rd year - £50,000+
