YoungCapital UK are currently recruiting for one of our well known clients who are one of the largest parcel delivery companies in the UK and Europe. They are looking for someone fresh and motivated to join their team, helping to support their customers and clients with queries they may have.
As a Full Time Admin / Customer Service worker at this big parcel company, you will be responsible for the administration in the warehouse. You would also be expected to take phone calls, which are usually from customers or clients with questions about their orders or deliveries (don't worry, full training is given!) As well as that, during busy times you may be asked to help in the warehouse with the picking and packing of the parcels.
Work is Monday to Friday, however, during peak periods, some weekend work is to be expected. But usually, work is Monday to Friday on rotating shifts. This means you shift changes every other week, you will work one week from 6am to 2pm, and another week from 2pm to 10pm. You MUST be able to work both shifts.
The pay rate for this role is £10.00 per hour!
