An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit a customer focused and highly motivated individual to join the library team at Birmingham Women’s and Children’s NHS FT. This is a cross-site post to work between Birmingham Women’s Hospital B15 2TG and Birmingham Children’s Hospital B4 6NH with the primary site being Birmingham Women’s Hospital.
The purpose of this job is to support the smooth and efficient day to day operations of the Library and Knowledge Service in line with the Quality and Improvement Outcomes Framework for NHS Funded Library and Knowledge Services in England 2019.
You will communicate and work with library-users, library team members, staff from other libraries, Trust staff and suppliers. You will provide frontline customer service / stakeholder facing work and have the ability to work as part of a team as well as independently prioritising your own workload and meeting deadlines.
