What are you going to do:
Configuring and customizing the Salesforce platform - This involves setting up and configuring Salesforce to meet the specific needs of the company, such as integrating it with other systems, creating custom fields, and creating and customizing page layouts.
Managing and maintaining data - This involves working with data in Salesforce, such as importing and exporting data, managing duplicate records, and ensuring data quality.
Building custom solutions involves using the Salesforce platform to build custom solutions, such as custom objects, custom fields, custom buttons, and custom workflow rules, to automate business processes and improve efficiency.
Generating reports and dashboards - This involves creating and generating reports and dashboards to provide insights into customer behaviour and sales performance.
Collaborating with other teams - this includes working with other departments such as marketing, customer service, and product development to ensure that the salesforce platform is aligned with the company's overall strategy.
Staying up-to-date with Salesforce developments and new features- This involves staying informed on new developments, updates, and features in the Salesforce platform, and recommending new ways to improve the platform to meet the company's needs.
Managing the Security of the platform - this includes configuring roles, profiles, and sharing rules to ensure that data is accessible to the right users and that confidential information is protected.
