Summer School Activities Staff
Activities Staff are the front-line ambassadors for the summer school experience. They are employed to undertake the daily care and supervision of the students participating in the courses and ensure they have an enjoyable experience whilst in the UK.
What are you going to do:
To be an ambassador for the summer school experience
To assist the Activities Leader in the smooth running of the course
To deputise for your Activities Leader during their day off and assume their responsibilities, for which you will be paid a responsibility bonus
To assist in the collection and transfer of students from London airports and rail termini
To accompany supervise students on all on-site and off-site activities
To design, or help create activities for students in support of the Activities Leaders
To champion student punctuality for activities/lessons
To behave in a manner that is expected of someone in the care of minors
To be ‘present’ and proactive at all times when on duty.
To provide feedback to course leadership on students and the course to improve the quality of provision at all times
Input into social media accounts and marketing activities as required
It is a requirement of all staff to perform residential boarding house supervision duties for which you will be paid a responsibility bonus.
