Managing online research platform by ensuring participants are completing the sessions and behaving appropriately - check the discussion forum for any inappropriate language or behaviour and identify when participants experience technical difficulties.
We are looking for fluent foreign language speakers to moderate an online research platform for an international charity.
We are Eden Stanley, an independent agency that conducts research on behalf of non-profit organisations. We work with some of the most well-known national and international charities to develop their strategies and services.
Your role will be to spend 1 hour a day over 5 days:
● Checking participants are engaging in and completing the research tasks
● Ensuring all participants are acting appropriately – checking the discussion forum for any inappropriate language or behaviour
● Identifying if any participants are having technical difficulties and inform the Eden Stanley team
At the end of the research, we will invite you and your fellow moderators to come together for a one-hour debrief to share your observations with the Eden Stanley team.
