Children’s Home Care Manager
Holywell - Flintshire
£35,000 per annum dependent on experience/qualifications
Options Autism are recruiting a Children’s Home Care Manager to join our team based in Holywell, Flintshire. Our site is located in a stunning rural location, overlooking the Dee Estuary. Our school provides specialist education and care for up to 25 students, aged 8 – 19 having a range of complex needs including ASC and ADHD, in addition to impaired social or cognitive functioning due to early life trauma and attachment difficulties.

Our next Care Manager will be someone who has a QCF Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent, and has:
- Extensive experience of working in a residential setting
- High level of working knowledge of relevant legislation such as Children’s Act and Quality Care Standards
- Experience of leading and motivating teams
- Ability to effectively train individuals and groups
