An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Family Solicitor to join a specialist and reputable legal practice with a great presence in Surrey, Berkshire and Hampshire. They are seeking a Solicitor who is keen to join a dynamic and vibrant working
environment, where staff wellbeing and development are at the forefront.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of handling a varied caseload of Private Family matters. They will also be comfortable building relationships with new and existing clients and will be able to work effectively and efficiently as part of
a busy team.
Duties will include:
Managing own caseload.
Advising on a variety of privately funded family matters.
Develop existing caseload in divorce, finance and private children matters.
Drafting legal documentation to include Cohabitation Agreements and Prenuptial Agreements.
Drafting various Court Applications.
Be actively involved in marketing and business development activities.
