REGISTERED NURSE- NURSING HOME
We are seeking an experienced Nursewho is looking for a new challenge. The role is with a great company who manage a portfolio of nursing homes in the north of England, and they are very well respected for their levels of care and how the staff are treated.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for a challenge and the opportunity to help a service grow and to ensure the lives of the service usersare fully supported with excellent levels of care. This role is based in one of their homes in the Bolton area. Days or nights or a mix are available
Competitive salary ranging from £35,000 to £45,000 per annum (based on a 3 or 4 day week)
The Role:
As a Registered Nurseyour role will include:
Overseeing the delivery of care services, delivering high levels of care in line with regulations
Liaising with families, and healthcare professionals
Following of policies and procedures
Working closely with the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager
Daily meetings with other senior staff
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for the Registered Nurseshould have:
Relevant qualifications in healthcare management - PIN
Nursing experience, ideally in a nursing or residential home setting
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Have a strong character and be a good communicator
The Package:

A basic salary of £35,000 - £45,000
