Responsibilities:
Provide therapeutic massage services to clients, including deep tissue massage and other specialized technique
Perform beauty treatments including shellac manicures, pedicures, waxing and facials
Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on skincare and beauty products
Assist with guest services, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and providing exceptional customer service
Actively participate in retail sales by recommending and selling skincare and beauty products to clients
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in techniques, products, and equipment
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Product Knowledge and experience in Ishga and Comfort Zone advantageous
Follow ESPRIT Spa Etiquette Guidelines
Skills:
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs
Proficiency in deep tissue massage techniques and other therapeutic modalities
Knowledge of beauty treatments
Strong sales skills to promote retail products and upsell services
Level 3 qualified is a must
