Team Leaders required at the Little Chef Popham

About Little Chef ……

….. the first Little Chef opened in Reading in 1958 as an eleven-seater diner.  Since then, we’ve become one of the UK’s favourite roadside restaurants with over 170 restaurants and 30 Burger King locations, as well as 20 of our food to go option, Coffee Tempo.  In total, we serve over 20 million people each year. 

About the job ……….

…… as a Team Leader, you be responsible for your shift, ensuring that our hospitality and customer care is second to none.  Leading by example, you will ensure that the customer leaves the restaurant having had a great experience and is happy to recommend us to all their friends and family.

Your role will be varied and challenging, and may include cooking so if you have culinary flair, this may be of interest to us. 

About you ………  

…….. you’ll have a hands-on approach and be able to lead by example , with a desire to make a difference.  Ideally, you’ll be able to bring experience at a similar level from within the retail, catering or hospitality sector and would relish an opportunity to develop your skills further.
