We are The Crown Rivers, an extremely busy JD Wetherspoon Bar & Restaurant, airside at Heathrow’s Terminal 5. We are looking for a number of WAITING STAFF, to join our team at this exciting location. Please note that as part of the role, you may occasionally be required to work on the bar, or as a Customer Host/Hostess or Food-Runner.
We need friendly, hard-working, PROFESSIONAL people, who can prioritise duties, are real team players & who know how to put the customer first.

Shifts are between 5am & 11pm, with food served all day, so we need people who are flexible and live within reasonable travelling time of Heathrow. Full & part-time hours are available, between 18 & 45 hours per week (more if required). All positions are live-out. GENUINE & ENCOURAGED CAREER DEVELOPMENT IS AVAILABLE FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATES.
The working environment is fast-paced, ever-changing and full of surprises. We have recently broken a number of sales records and expect to break some more, during a busy summer period and the 2012 Olympics.
We offer an excellent range of draught & bottled beers, real ale, wine, Champagne and spirits. News and terrestrial sporting events are shown on our 4 plasma TV screens, and we are a busy & popular location with passengers & airport staff alike, with over 80 staff & managers, 80+ tables and almost 200 covers. This role is strictly not for the faint-hearted!

CANDIDATE INFORMATION
You will be responsible for delivering consistently high levels of customer service and have a real passion for people. Previous experience in a similar, fast-paced environment would be beneficial; but a willingness to learn, flexibility and a great attitude towards the role would be seen as a huge advantage to applicants, as we are more interested in personality, professionalism and hard work, than we are in experience.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar, fast-paced environment and a passion for food and people.
The role will involve being on your feet for long periods and working in an extremely bustling environment while adhering to high company standards & airport policies.
We require our full-time staff to be fully flexible, as the roles will be on a shift basis, between 5am & 11:00pm, over any 5 days out of 7, with alternating days off each week.
The hourly rate is £7.25p/h, upon completetion of training & a successful review (1 to 3 months, depending on your progress). Starting rate is £6.55 (plus bonus, tips & meals, etc.)
