Looking for a workout companion for motivation. No sports qualifications required, just ability to motivate and set pace and targets for a personal fitness programme.
Activities to include walking, running and swimming. This is not a gym instructor position, solely just a buddy role. In essence, you will be just getting paid for doing your own daily exercise! I have some personal fitness goals that I wish to achieve in the next three months - can you help me reach them?
One hour per day Monday to Friday - times flexible to suit your availability. Some gym, some outdoor.
