About the Role

As part of the Graduate Coordinator Development Programme, you will:

 

  • Plan and manage staff rotas using advanced systems to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, carers, and team members, fostering trust and collaboration.
  • Mentor and support care staff in your assigned caseload team, helping them excel in their roles and grow professionally.
  • Work closely with the Care Lead to align coordination efforts with clinical and care needs.
  • Collaborate with Recruitment and HR teams to support onboarding processes and provide training on tools and systems.
  • Be an active part of a team that works together to overcome challenges, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
